Kid-Safe Chemicals Act

When I learned that babies are born "pre-polluted" with as many as 300 industrial chemicals in their bodies when they enter the world, it was heart breaking. This pollution in people is the direct result of a statute that does not require chemicals to be proven safe to get on the market, or stay on the market, and science is pointing to the role that these chemicals are playing in disease.

Help Get Chemical-Free Milk into our Schools

Lunchtime at school means milk.  15% of all dairies in the US still inject their cows with the synthetic growth hormone called recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH). As I highlight in my book, rBGH is hazardous as it causes udder infections and numerous other ailments that requite a cocktail of antibiotics to keep the cows healthy enough to be producing milk. As consumers of milk, we are essentially ingesting the growth hormones and antibiotics too.  

School districts around the country have successfully built artificial hormone-free milk into their nutrition programs, but not all districts know it is a choice. Learn about cost-free ways that you can bring this healthy choice to your lunchroom, at work or at school.  Find out more

Call On the Administration to Investigate Food Prices and Agriculture
